Located just outside of Colorado Springs, Pike Peak Highway is one of the most popular and best Colorado driving roads.  This road is a must do for any Colorado road trip, just don’t be one of those people that forgets to bring a coat for the summit.  Even during the summer, there can be snow at the top, and possibly below freezing.
